Students must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or better, must have demonstrated talent in one of the areas specified above, and must carry and complete a minimum of six credit hours at Clark College while receiving the award with at least one class in the subject area for which the award is granted.

Students must submit the completed, signed and dated application as a packet along with typed educational goals and financing their education statements; one official transcript for each high school attended; one official transcript for each accredited college attended in the last seven years (only if they do not already have a Clark College transcript); and two letters of recommendation on letterhead or other official format.
