This program is for students planning to transfer to a bachelor’s degree program in Social Work (BSW). Entry requirement for international students

Applicants should have high school diploma or GED, a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.50 on required courses, a minimum grade of C or 2.0 must be earned in all required classes. All BIOL courses which were completed more than seven years prior to application to the program must be repeated. Algebra competency may be demonstrated by ACT, SAT, or COMPASS score taken in the 2 years prior to the program application deadline indicating placement above MATH 025 or completion of MATH 025 or MATH 108 or a math class meeting the A.A.S. degree math requirement as listed in the NIC catalog with a grade of c (2.0) or higher. They have BIOL 227 (Human Anatomy and Physiology I), BIOL 228 (Human Anatomy and Physiology II), and CAOT 179 (Medical Terminology). A medical terminology course less than 2 credits must be approved.
