Hi, Universities in New Zealand require only IELTS exams to apply for admissions and in General do not require GRE or GMAT exams. New Zealand has very few Universities and most of them require very high academic requirements for admissions. To be eligible for PhD you require relevent Bachelors, Masters and some might also require relevant work experience as criteria to apply for PhD.

The best Universities in New Zeland are

Auckland University of Technology

Lincoln University
Massey University, Palmerston North
University of Auckland, CBD, Auckland
University of Canterbury,Christchurch
University of Otago, Dunedin
Victoria University of Wellington
