Hi, There is a Bachelor of Engineering program from University of New Castle Singapore campus ( PSB Academy campus)  and they run Mechanical and Electrical Engineering programs. The 3 year program is quite expensive and will cost you about 23 to 24 lakhs for tuition fees and you need another 2.5 to 3 lakhs per year for Living expenses. But the jobs are more or less secure and a good Engineer can start with a salary of 3000$ plus per month ( 1.2 lakhs) .

You can also look at University of Nottingham campus in Malaysia which offers 3 year BE program and the cost will be less than 6 lakhs per year and also offers excellent scholarships for students who score 90% and more.
