Hi, The Colleges which are Government funded are very good and many of them offer several good Grad Diploma courses. The course fees normally fall in the 15,000 to 18,000 NZ $ range ( 1 NZ $ is approx Rs.43 as on today) . Universities offer 1 year and 2 year Masters courses and the fees is generally in the range of 20,000 to 25,000 NZ $. Look out for AUT, University of Auckland, Massey, Canterbury, etc.
Living Expenses to be shown for visa is 15,000 $. You are allowed to work part time and you can manage your living expenses. If you want to get the 1 year Job Visa, then you need to do a Level 7 program or any program less than Level 6, you need to do a 2 year program to get the Job visa extension. Look out for good Government Funded colleges like NMIT, EIT, UCOL, etc
