Confusion about the Masters degree's admission criteria

I had 78% in 10th  then 59% in 12th got 74% for my engineering diploma and currently i am doing my engineering degree  i have completed my  2nd and 3rd year  but i got a drop after my 3rd year due a cross kt of maths so will it affect my admission process  if i decide to study a masters degree abroad . and will i be able to  get into a good university abroad because currently my 2nd and 3rd year engineering average is just 52%
