eligiblity to study MSc Engineering courses without degree

I have an advanced diploma and also have extra IEEE qualification in instrumentation ,Plc ,SCADA ,Hydraulics and pneumatics ,sensing and speed drives . I have some experience assembling control panels for factory automation .Can all this get me into a Msc Eng at any institution ?

Good Afternoon.

 

Well you could get into a Post Graduate Diploma at the most. this is if you have done a 3 year diploma and an other year in IEEE  Some of the Universities will ask you to go into the final year of the Bachalors course.
