Hello sir/madam. I am planning to study Game Design or Animation or Game Development. If I choose Animation I know what I will be doing. What if I choose Game Design or Game Development, what exactly I will be doing programming the game? What is the job opportunity in either of these courses?

Computer Animation Graduates are well positioned to pursue careers in the entertainment industries, such as animation, visual effects in television/film and gaming, as well as careers in industries requiring visual simulation expertise, such as scientific exploration and historical or military case scenario representations.
During your Master's Computer Games Technology degree you will participate in a range of technical and creative activities, whilst having access to a large-scale immersive 3D virtual reality system, games research laboratories, analogue and digital sound studios, a surround sound studio, as well as industry-standard multimedia, video editing and post-production hardware and software.The course will therefore give you the skills required to work in games design, development and project management. According to Entertainment Software Association's statistics the Computer and Video Games industry is a $10 billion Industry and generates about 50,000 jobs with an average annual salary of $80,000. It is also estimated that the industry would grow by a third in the next decade. Jobs in the industry range from Games Designer to Games Developers to Games Analyst. As the names themselves suggest the jobs involve story board formulation of the video or computer game to the technical development of the game.
