Hi, New Zealand offer excellent scope for Hospitality and Culinary management students. You can look at colleges like PIHMS or EIT Hawkesbay for courses. Most courses will have internships as part of the course and lots of part time work. Permanent Residency and Full time jobs are plenty of students who do Hospitality courses. In general you need to budget about 15 to 20 lakhs towards the course. The average starting salary when you finish the course could be in the range of 40,000 to 50,000 Dollars plus ( approx 20 lakhs). Write IELTS and get a score of atleast 6.0 plus to gain admissions. ( Some colleges might ask for 6.5).
All the best.
