Hi, Singapore has very few Universities. The government Universities which offers Management courses are NUS and SMU. You require very high marks, upwards of 90% plus in your 12th standard to apply to these apart from having a good SAT Score ( for SMU).
You can also try for Singapore Institute of Management ( SIM) which also offers course of London School of Economics, UG programs in Singapore. Quite a few students of mine are studying at SIM and it is considered to be one of the best in Singapore after the Public Universities. The other ones you can try are James Cook University, Curtin University of Technology, etc which offers Commerce based programs.
All the best to score well in your 12th standard.
