I am currently working in an IT MNC with around 2.5 years of total experience. Currently working as a ETL tester (Data warehouse testing and Data Migration, Data Masking techniques) .I also have around 6 months of development experience in .NET . I have completed my Engineering (B.E) in 2011. Planning to apply for Fall 2015. Would be giving my GRE in first week of October 2014. I need to know about the courses as well as universities in the U.S that would value my work experience more than my B.E degree. Also should I opt for MIS? Would that be a good option?
My profile is as follows:
B.E (Electronics)-Mumbai University: 61.23% aggregate of 4 years
12th scrore: 82.67%
10th score: 83.33%
2.5 Years of total IT experience.
Any pointers other than the queries asked would be helpful.

For graduate studies admission committee, your achievement at the undergraduate level is fundamental, but if you do well in GRE and IELTS, your experience and other extra curricular activities or research will help a great deal.
