Most EMBA programs look for candidates that have 5 or more years of managment experience. Another consideration is that most EMBA programs meet part time to accomodate students that want to work full time for the duration of their studies. Thus, you will need to ensure that you are fufilling student visa requirements in the destination country.
It would be worth considering an MBA program rather than an EMBA as you may more easily meet the eligibility requirements. Newcastle University and Heriot Watt University have excellent progams, as does the London Business School. I hope that others can chime in with some sugesstions in Austrailia.
Hi Uday, Executive MBA programs are meant for students with substantial work experience as Chelsea has explained. In Australia, you can try for University of Technology in Sydney, La Trobe University in Melbourne, James Cook University in Brisbane, University of Tasmania in Hobart, Tasmania are good Universities which offer MBA programs with various specialisations and your 2 year experience should help you get an admission provided you have a good academic background. You must also have an IELTS score of atleast 6.5 to qualify. The programs are generally 1.5 to 2 years duration. Budget about 20 to 25 lakhs to complete the course. You are eligible to work part time in Australia and you can manage some of your living expenses while studying.
