Hi, I am not suggesting that only JCU and PSB are good for doing MBA in Singapore. There are several other good Institutions like Singapore Management University and NUS which offer MBA program and requires a GMAT of 650 to 720 range plus work experience of minimum 2 years to qualify for admissions. If you have the GMAT and work experience, put in the application. SMU's application deadline is early November and so you still have time to put in an application for the program which starts in Jan 2013.
JCU and PSB both run programs for students with nil or less than 2 year work expeience and both are ranked very well in Singapore. MDIS is another good school which also offers MBA in Singapore is also a acclaimed institution.
Some of the queries like Ratio of Employment, Internships are something which experts cannot get from the instituions. The best way would be to contact students studying there and ask them to assist you.
As far as Accreditation is concerned, both have Edu Trust Certification from the Government of Singapore and they are considered good. It is very difficult to make a choice between these two institutions. Take a short trip ( 4 hours) to Singapore and meet some students to help you make a choice.
