Hi am BE 2012 passed out candidate having work experience of 6 months in service industry. I want to pursue MBA(HR) in USA. Right now am working as a HR Recruiter for a startup consultancy firm, I have some questions regarding the program
Does they consider this experience(Latter) for MBA program?
If so how many years of experience would be better for me?
What will be the cutoff of GMAT and TOEFL score with experience and without experience?
What are the documents I need to have before and after the application process?
Please suggest some good universities I should aim for.

•Yes, work experience letter is required (if it is applicable).
•Normally 2-3 years of work experience is expected in most of the universities and every few universities accept with without work experience in USA.
•TOEFL score of 550 on the paper-based test, 213 on the computer-based test, or 90 on the Internet-based test and in GMAT: 700 is a good score.
•To process you application you need to prepare your recommendation letters, SOP/essays and resume highlighting your academic excellence. Copy of your academic certificate and transcripts right from your high school to current qualification. English proficiency test (IELTS/TOEFL) and GMAT score sheet is mandatory.
