Hi, you can apply online to the university. You may need to submit a research proposal with your application to the university along with your academic documents, reference letters, statement of purpose and your IELTS/TOEFL scores. A research proposal can and should make a positive and powerful first impression about your potential to become a good researcher. Your research proposal should have an introduction to the proposal, identifying the subject for research in terms of theoretical issues and relevant empirical applications. A research proposal has about 1,500 to 3,000 words.
