PhD in Transportation Engg - How good it is ?

I am a final year student of Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology(BUET) doing major in Transportation Engineering. My result upto 7th semester is 3.80 and currently hold the 11th position.I have already appeared in GRE and going to attend IELTS in a very short time. I want to build my in the research & development sector of transportation engg. I want to know about the available scholarships in reputed universities.
