Hi,

I find very difficult to answer your specific question as it all depends on your overall profile which has to match the foreign university requirement. I find scholarship will be difficult for Post Graduate Diploma/Certificate as funding availability for scholarship is very low in such type of programs.

In case you question is towards PhD program in Finance or Economics than you will need to build your profile to attract full scholarship. The PhD programs admission requirement in good universities will be 4 to 5 years of work experience at a high management level or as a professor in the respective subject, thesis publication (if available), articles written in newspapers and magazines, etc.
