Hi, Air Traffic Management is an exciting industry and in UK, you can try the following Universities. Cranfield is a very popular University and you can also try at Coventry University in Birmingham or City University London. 

If you want alternatives, you can try for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida and Swinburne University in Australia, ESC Toulose in France which offers a MBA in Aviation Management. 

In general, a good first Class degree should be the eligibility along with a score of 6.5 plus.  You need to budget about 15 to 20 lakhs to complete the above mentioned Master's programs.
