Regarding higher education in USA

Sir, I am Srinivasa Murthy, have done my B.E (Production engineering ) and I am working as Sr. Manager-Sales in real estate and planning to do masters in Engineering related courses. Will this be an appropriate step for to study in USA . Reason: I can't wait till 2013 (September) I can give GMAT and 1 option for me is 1 year full time at ISB and how about Singapore NUS sir.

Good Morning. it is difficult to answer your question on NUS without knowing your  percentage . If you have above 80% you could apply at NUS. As far as USA is concerned you can take up GRE and get a good score- 320 +  to get into good Universities.
