Hi, To get a schoalrship you need good grades. You have not indicated what level you are looking for. So be precise in letting us know whether you are looking for UG or UG level.

Several good Universities offer Economics at UG and PG level and many of them have scholarships ranging from 10% to 100% as well. To get a 10% schoalrship, it is relatively easier. But to get any bigger scholarship, you should have good grades at school and college level. You also should have good command over English and you can demonstrate that by getting scores in IELTS or TOEFL. Countries like USA might require GMAT as a prerequisite. Applying early also helps your cause.

All the best. It is a long process and so next time please ask a question with specific inputs to get a good answer from the experts.
