Should I go for job or PHD?

I have done my M. pharmacy from india. I am doing job in pharmacovigilance in India since 3.6 years. I am shifting to USA with my husband. could you please tell, if i should prefer doing a job in USA or a PHd?

This is a very personal question, but my suggestion would be to first get here, work for a few years, then go for your doctorate. This will help you become 'Americanized', understand the culture, master the language and learn about opportunities available in the area where you plan to settle down.
