It'll be advisable to apply for a master's degree as you will be able to apply under the Streamlined Visa Processing program and you will be eligible for a 2 year post study work permit

We can also get 2 year work visa after advanced diploma as it is of 2 years but my main concern is job. which course will fetch me a job in my field, advanced diploma or masters.

According to my knowledge, you can only get a work permit in Australia after a degree course and not a diploma course. Mechanical engineering or project management done from a good university will definitely help you in getting jobs. Alternatively you can also look at a 1 year graduate diploma in CAD engineering in New Zealand if you are looking for good job opportunities.
