After BE, should I go for an MBA or MS?

Sir, I am an b.tech (electrical and electronics) graduate, 2013 passed out. I want to study further at post graduation level. Kindly explain me the courses in which i can take admission which will help me in taking my career to a different level. I have considered MBA or M.S. if u have any other course plz let me know.. country is not specific , college should be good. also help me in deciding that should I go for an MBA or MS? NEED HELP. plz assist.it would be very grateful of you.

Hi Abhishek, I would prefer you to do MS rather than an MBA (again, its based on your interest level).  Why I am saying this is because; If you go for an MBA, you will compete in the general management line along with all general MBA students. Whereas if you go with MS it will help you position yourself in the electrical/electronic Industry.
