Please find scholarship details on UNIGURU website. I find getting full scholarship is difficult at undergraduate level (Bachelors degree). If you are planning for USA, you need to take SAT I (Scholastic Aptitude Test I) and score above 2300/2400 for a good scholarship. SAT I is also admission requirement in these universities. In few universities SAT II (Subject test) could be requirement as well. Try to target universities ranked below 50 in USA for scholarship purpose.
Asian countries like Singapore, Malaysia could be cheaper in terms of cost. Now a days students even apply to European countries as few of them cost less. UK also offers good amount of scholarship to international students.
Apply a year in advance for scholarship purpose.
