Hi Sahil, Try University of Tasmania where the course fees is quite affordable and a few scholarships are being offerred. You can also try James Cook University as well. Make sure you apply for a 2 year Masters to stand a good chance to get PR in Australia. But in general, be prepared to spend about 18 to 20,000 Aus $ per year . You can work part time and in general you can just about manage your living expenses by working 20 hours a week.
All the best.
