I've been accepted into the MS-CS program at UT Arlington and Rochester Institute of Technology. I've heard that the program at RIT is better than UTA and also the on campus jobs and RA/TA opportunities are more at RIT. However RIT costs 15-20 lakhs more than UTA. I want to know how far this is true and is it worth going to RIT for the better program and opportunities?. Thanks in advance.

Congratulations on admits from two good USA universities!!!
I find RIT better for reasons mentioned by you. If cost is a major constrain than UT Arlington will meet your needs better. You need to understand your limitation and decide accordingly. All the best!
