Based on your profile and you BCOM 51%, IELTS Academic Score of 6.5 bands or 7.0 bands is the requirement. The other requirement will be your scanned copies of degree mark sheet, scanned copy of your degree certificate, scanned copy of your diploma in retail mark sheet, scanned two letters of professor recommendation (online recommendation in few cases), statement of purpose, resume, passport scanned copy, and affidavit and bank letter scanned copies (in case of selected few universities) for admission in Australia and/or Singapore Universities.

Hi Some Universities will insist on a first class degree and some might consider students with Upper second class also. Try and approach a good career counsellor in your area and seek advice. A IELTS score of atleast 6.5  will be important. Sydney and Melbourne has several good Universities.

In Singapore, Amity University runs a good Finance program. Put in the application early to seek admissions. Most Universities might take about 2 weeks to give you a decision on admission and it takes about 3 to 6 weeks for processing of visa.

The major intakes in Australia are July and January. Singapore Universities have generally 3 intakes and you need to check with individual University for the deadlines. Public Universities in Singapore like SMU generally require a student to apply with GMAT score for Management courses and also needs students with high academic background ( 75% and above in their Bachelor's).
