Hello Sakshi,
It is good to be back on UNIGURU after a long break.
I will start with few questions that you need to answer yourself.
Do you love teaching and wish to pursue this as profession? OR
Do you wish to shift your career in any other choice?
If you love teaching than you need to answer if you like teaching early childhood, schools students, special need students, or to graduate degree students?
In USA you can make lot of choices in choosing specialization in teaching. Hence, you need to know what you wish to do in your professional career.
If you wish to teach young ones than you can directly apply for your Masters in Teaching with majors of your choice and if you wish to teach graduate (MS degree) or undergraduate students (BS degree) than it will be advisable to pursue MS in Physics followed by PhD in the area of your interest.
If you wish to change you career than you need to decide what you wish to pursue and accordingly choose your degree.
USA has plenty of jobs in all the major disciplines what is required is people who have interest in the career job they wish to pursue as no job is long lasting. People who have interest in what they do survive and other fade over the period of time. Every career has a product cycle and has phases. 3 idiots, Hindi film works!
Thank you.
Best Regards,
