Holland Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

  • You are a national of a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
  • You are applying for a full-time Bachelors course at HAN and you meet the admission criteria.
  • You have not previously been enrolled in a higher education degree course in the Netherlands.
  • You have an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (or equivalent).

The EEA consists of the EU countries and Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.

At this point you do not need to do anything, except to apply for admission to HAN. Your consideration for the Holland Scholarship will be automatically verified as part of the admission process. A complete application (including latest transcripts and current English language test results) is required in order to be considered.

Value details

Amounts to a one-time award of € 5,000 that will be paid in the 1st year of your studies

HAN Talent Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

  • You are a national of a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
  • You are enrolled at a full-time English-taught Bachelors course.

The EEA consists of the EU countries and Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.

Value details

Amounts to € 2,500 in the 1st year and can be extended to subsequent academic years if you demonstrate sufficient academic progress
