You should definitely visit Sentosa Island. The Universal Studios Singapore, on the island, is the second theme park of Universal Studios to be opened in all of Asia.

Go On a Cruise!

Enjoy the Singapore river on a beautiful evening cruise at sundown. As you go on this cruise, you can have an enchanted time as you view the skyline of the city, bridges, and its heritage buildings. 

The Nocturnal World!

Don’t miss out on Singapore’s famous Night Safari! It happens to be a zoo that is open only at nights. This nocturnal attraction has 120 different species, with around thirty percent of it being in the endangered list. This zoo sees a whopping 1.1 million visitors every year on safaris. 

Get an Early Start! 

Put on your walking shoes and go for a stroll for a peaceful start to your day at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. It opens at 5 AM! The Singapore Botanic Gardens is a 150 year old tourist spot that has numerous horticultural attractions and a spectacular collection of plants that hold significance worldwide. 

Admire modern Art! 

Enter the Ritz- Carlton Hotel to enjoy some of the best pieces of contemporary and modern art of Southeast Asia. Some of what are on display include Rainer Gross' geometric compositions, Andy Warhol and David Hockney's exuberant colours, and such, all free of cost. You even have the facility of getting a tour on your iPod! How cool is that? 
Learn History! 
Make sure you get yourself in Chinatown Heritage Centre where streets and scenes from Singapore in the 19th century have been recreated for you to enjoy a bit of Singaporean history.
Bird Watching! 
Visit the biggest bird park in all of the Asia Pacific region with over 8,000 birds! This is the Jurong Bird Park. It is an award winning park that also has the tallest artificial waterfall in the world of more than 30 meters. 


Shop Till You Drop! 

If you want to shop till you drop, well then you’ve stepped on the right island alright! They don’t call it shopper’s paradise for no reason! You should hit the Orchard Road which is the city’s liveliest roads, stretching to nearly one kilometre in distance. It covers all you could ever ask for from electronic items, music stores, fashion boutiques, to department stores! Some other places you can also shop in are Bugis, China Town, and Little India. So let the shopaholic in you take over and enjoy the experience.
