Gates Cambridge Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

Students must be citizen of any country outside the United Kingdom. They should hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Students should be admitted to the University of Cambridge, pursuing one of the following full-time residential courses of study research leading to the Ph.D. degree; one-year post graduate degree (e.g., M.Phil., LL.M., Diploma, M.B.A., etc.); two-year M.Sc. degree; or M.B. B.Chir Clinical Studies. They must have excellent transcripts with high GPA scores, as well as academic references that demonstrate leadership potential, social commitment, and intellectual ability. They must be well prepared of the degree for which they are applying and in compliance with the admission criteria specified by the university.

Students must submit the materials to the Office of Academic Enhancement by August 1. By mid-December students are invited to interview by the Gates Cambridge Trust will be informed of their status before the end of the month.

President's Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

Students considered for an academic scholarship have significant academic achievement and are automatically considered for the President's Scholarships when they apply for admission to the University. Students selected to receive a President's Scholarship will be notified no later than the end of March by the Office of Undergraduate Admission. Students applying for a second Bachelor degree are not eligible to receive a President's Scholarship.
