College life is fun filled!!

The course is fun but it is very very hectic. Finishing 90 credits in two years with thesis is no joke. So time planning is very essential in order to have fun while studying. On the whole college life is fun filled!!

About the accommodation

The residence halls provide a safe, convenient home-away-from-home, and a low-stress environment that encourages students academically, socially, and personally. The highlight of the halls is the wide variety of people to meet and friends to make. Some of these relationships will last a lifetime. The halls provide a great opportunity to share with others the common experience of being in college while learning about each other’s varied backgrounds and interests. All rooms are fully-furnished for each person. Rooms include air conditioning, heat, high-speed Internet access, one micro-fridge unit and cable TV service. A premium channel upgrade is available. Loft beds are also available, per request. Note: beds are 80" long and use extra-long twin sheets. All halls feature a laundry room, study lounge, snack vending machines, full fire protection system and 24-hour security. All halls are non-smoking environments. No alcohol is permitted. The halls include Calhoun Hall, Dabney Hall, Daniels Hall, Morgens Hall, Schneider Hall, Siddall Hall, Stratford Heights, and Turner Hall. Affiliated housing at University Park Apartments provides another housing option for those students who are not required to live on campus. University Park Apartments, UC’s affiliated housing location, houses 749 residents in an upscale apartment community. Each fully-furnished apartment includes a full modern kitchen, carpet and air conditioning. All unmarried first-year students, or transfer students not transferring 30 credit hours or more, who are not residing with their parents inside a 50-mile radius of the main campus, are required to live in the residence halls during their first academic year. Students should not bring halogen lamps, space heaters, hot plates, candles, pets (except fish), air conditioners, waterbeds and water chairs, and wall mounts for flat-screen TVs.
