About the accommodation

The University of Kentucky provides on campus housing for all students. The university has various residence halls in three campus neighborhood; they are north campus, central campus, and south campus. The north campus consists of Blazer Hall, Holmes Hall, Keeneland Hall, Patterson Hall, North Hall. Central Neighborhood; Donovan Hall, Haggin Hall. The central campus consists of Kirwan I, Kirwan II, Kirwan III, Kirwan IV, Kirwan Tower, Blanding I, Blanding II, Blanding III, Blanding IV, Blanding Tower, Smith Hall, Baldwin Hall, Ingels Hall. All residence hall rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, shades or blinds, closet space, and dresser-type drawer space. The university provides washers and dryers are equipped with a unique laundry system, fitness facility, internet connection, and cable TV. The primary focus of the Residence Life program is to support the educational mission of the University by supporting students in their academic and personal goals. The maximum single student occupancy in any efficiency, one bedroom, or two bedroom unit is two persons. South Limestone apartments are located in the heart of campus directly across South Limestone from the College of Law and the Gatton College of Business and Economics. Access to the inside of the apartment buildings is by key. They are centrally heated and air-conditioned. They have wall-to-wall carpeting and venetian blinds. A shared laundry facility is provided. Commonwealth Village is single graduate student efficiencies and one bedroom apartments are located slightly over 1/2 mile from main campus. This complex is centrally heated and air-conditioned with wall-to-wall carpeting and venetian blinds. Laundry facilities are also available.
