Wintec Masters Scholarships
Students must have achieved a grade average of A- or above (or with Distinction) in the last year of either a postgraduate diploma or an honours degree at level 8 from Wintec or another New Zealand tertiary education provider. Have applied to enroll in their first year of masters study at Wintec and are meeting all the entry requirements for one of the following Wintec programmes: Master of Arts, Master of Nursing, or Master of Science (Sport and Exercise Science).
Students must submit the scholarship application form along with endorsement from the relevant Programme Manager or Supervisor from your most recent postgraduates programme of study; verified copy of your application to enroll or acceptance into a Wintec Masters Programme; and verified copy of your academic transcript. Application forms must be submitted to the Research and Postgraduate Offices on the top floor in D Block, Wintec City Campus, or via emai.

Rural Waikato Undergraduate Health Scholarships
The scholarships are open to students with a rural Waikato background who are enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited undergraduate health science course.
Up to NZ $10,000
Trust Waikato Student and Staff Fund Scholarship
The student wishing to apply must be enrolled in full-time or part-time study at Wintec, in a programme with a research component at level 7 (undergraduate) or above. The student may only apply for funding of a research project prior to beginning the project but may submit the application at any time of the year. The fund can only be used for work with/for not-for-profit organisations. All projects must fall within the geographical boundaries expressed by Trust Waikato. All projects must also be consistent with the Trust Waikato fund application guidelines.
Student must apply on the 'Trust Waikato Student and Staff Research Grant at Wintec' form over the page. The form must be submitted to the Wintec Research & Postgraduate Office, signed off by the Programme Manager and student Supervisor. Submit your completed and signed application to: The Research and Postgraduate Office, D Block, Wintec City Campus, or via email.
Up to between NZ $3,000 and NZ $5,000 per project.
