This Campus is located in Melbourne’s famous wine and tourism region Swinburne’s Lilydale campus is situated among the Yarra Valley hills and Lilydale Lake. Courses are offered in business, engineering and technology, horticulture and environment hospitality, tourism and event management and information and communication technologies. The Lilydale campus is accessible by train and bus, and is a 15 minute walk from Lilydale station. The Lilydale train line from the city travels to Lilydale train station where bus 680 departs toward the campus. A free shuttle bus operates during the evening between the campus and the rail and bus terminals.

The Lilydale student village is situated on the Lilydale campus, overlooking Lilydale Lake. The village includes 25 luxury apartments each containing four to five separately keyed bedrooms, a kitchen, and dining and lounge/study area. Wheelchair access and disabled facilities are also available to a number of apartments. Each apartment is fully furnished, containing dining and living room furniture, a bed, desk, chair, draws, wardrobe and washing line. The village has a full time on-site manager and live-in caretaker on call 24 hours. It is located at walking distance to the Lilydale train station, supermarket and local shops.
