Course summary
This course prepares the talented practitioner for the demands of work in mainstream dance companies in Australia and overseas by providing intense practical experience, both technical and stylistic, in classes and performance opportunities. Upon completion of this course, further studies can be pursued in the Bachelor of Arts (Performing Arts). Graduates can find career as a Classical Dancer, Contemporary Dancer, Choreographer, Dance Instructor, Dancer, Entertainer, Ballet Dancer.
Entry requirement for international students
Students should attend comprehensive audition and interview. They must satisfy IELTS overall band score of 6.0 (no individual band less than 6), TOEFL minimum score of 550 including TWE score of 5 (or a Computer based TOEFL score of 213 with an essay rating of 5 or better), TOEFL iBT score of 80 with no score below 20, GCE O Levels grade C or better, WAUFP 50 percent plus pass in ELACS, TEE pass in English or English Literature, International Baccalaureate Diploma minimum Grade 3 at higher level for an English subject and other acceptable qualifications can be obtained from ECU International. There are different entry requirement for various countries.
