Course summary
This course is designed in consultation with clinical staff from radiation oncology departments, so students will gain advanced knowledge of new treatment techniques and equipment used in the workplace. QUT's well equipped laboratories allow them to graduate with experience using equipment and techniques similar to those used in industry. Close links with local oncology departments allow students to complete practical work and clinical placements using specialised, state-of-the-art radiotherapy equipment.
Entry requirement for international students
Students from India should have completed CBSE Year XII superior grades. Pakistan students should have good grades in one year Bachelor level. Singaporean students should have GCE A Level good grades in two or three major subjects. Chinese students should have pass grades in one year Bachelor degree. Malaysian students should have completed STPM good grades in two or three major subjects, or MICSS UEC good grades in five major subjects, or SACE, or OSSD (OAC subjects). Students from USA must have completed year 12 plus good grade in SAT. They should also satisfy the following English language requirements: IELTS (Academic): overall score of 6.5, with sub-scores of 6 and TOEFL (Internet based): overall score of 90 with sub-scores of 20.
