Course summary

This course will provide students with practical counselling skills and a firm understanding of the social and environmental contexts that impact on individuals in today’s society. They will also learn about vital communication, counselling, behaviour and psychology skills will give them an advantage in this growing field

Entry requirement for international students

Students must have a satisfactory completion of 5 modules of the ACAP Bachelor of Applied Social Science or Completion of the Diploma of Counselling (CHC51708), Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) (CHC5200) or equivalent and Completion of an assessment of readiness for the Counseling Profession.
