Course summary

In this course students will gain practical skills in communication, counselling and change management, as well as an in-depth understanding of management theory. It combine counselling, communication and management topics to give them the skills to successfully lead and manage a team of any size. Students may be just starting their management career, or may be looking to move into management. If they want to build effective working relationships with people, this undergraduate program will suit them.

Entry requirement for international students

Students must have successful completion of the first year of the Bachelor of Applied Social Science or the Diploma of Human Resources Management (BSB50607) or equivalent.
