This city campus is a five-minute walk from the Brisbane River and one block from Central railway station, so they can easily get here by train, bus or River Cat ferry. Facilities include: Six training rooms, each seating approximately 20 students, with LCD TVs, projectors, flipcharts and whiteboards, wireless internet access for all students, student kitchen with fridge and microwave, and a library with audiovisual and online resources.

Accommodation is available as Boarding Houses, Renting and Homestay. Boarding houses range from fairly large commercial properties to average sized houses run by private citizens. Full board, room with use of facilities, or room only are available. Rental about A$150-$200 per week for a single or shared room in a boarding house. Renting - This varies by city and suburb and searching for accommodation on the web should give them a good idea of what they might pay. In addition to rent they will also be expected to pay a bond of up to four weeks of their rent up front and two weeks rent in advance. Bond, is used to cover any damage that may be done to the property while they live there and if no damage is done it will be refunded when they leave (example rent format 1 bedroom A$200-$300 per week, 2 bedroom A$300-$600 per week).
