This campus is located about six kilometers south-east of central Perth, is home to Curtin's main campus. In close proximity to everything Perth has to offer, it boasts 116 hectares of bold architecture nestled amongst beautiful landscaped gardens. With thousands of students filling the campus grounds every day of semester, there's a real vibrancy to the place.

This campus provides almost 1200 rooms on campus. It is for student life opportunities rather than convenience that is the best reason for living on campus. Many students make friends from around the world they will have for their whole lives. They will want students to get involved in residence activities to make the most of their time at Curtin. About 75 per cent of students living on campus will be international. Half of these will be from Asia, and the rest from just about every other country in the world. They have a few rooms for couples, but no family accommodation. They can help those with families with off campus accommodation.
