Course summary

This program is designed to provide advanced, research based studies in accounting. It aims to develop understanding of the state of knowledge in the discipline area alongside knowledge and ability relating to research methods and research activity in accounting. Students will be engaged in a significant research investigation resulting in the production of a thesis with either a theoretical or an applied focus.

Entry requirement for international students

Students should have satisfied Weighted Average Mark of 70 percent in the Bachelor. Students should satisfy IELTS overall band score of 6.5 (no individual band less than 6), TOEFL minimum score of 573 including TWE of 5 (or a Computer based TOEFL score of 232 with an essay rating of 5 or better), TOEFL IBT score of 88 with no score below 22 and other evidence of English language proficiency may be acceptable. Details can be obtained from ECU International.
