It has parking and is close to public transport (train and bus) and near one of Brisbane's premier restaurant and night-life zones in Fortitude Valley. The campus facilities include modern, air-conditioned lecture rooms, a library equipped with an extensive range of natural medicine texts and periodicals, internet access, models, charts and videos, a bookshop, student Natural Medicine clinic and dispensary as well as a cafe with organic, vegetarian and gluten-free options.

The college arranges a wide variety of accommodation options, they include temporary, permanent, homestay and private boarding hostels.
