Course summary
This course provides students with a theoretical and practical grounding in the tourism industry and will help to develop high-level management skills. Studies are undertaken concurrently at each institution and graduates will be awarded a Bachelor of Management and an Advanced Diploma of Tourism Management.
Entry requirement for international students
Students should have successfully completed VCE or equivalent, including Units 3 and 4-a study score of at least 25 in English (ESL) or 20 in any other English. Students from different countries should have country specific requirements equivalent to Australia. They must also satisfy the following English language requirements: an overall band score of 6 or better in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test (Academic module) with no individual band score less than 6; a score of 213 or better (essay rating 4.5) in the computer-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL); score of 79 or better (writing score 21) in the internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT); score of 550 or better (writing score 4.5) in the paper-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or satisfactory completion of a qualification where English is the language of instruction and assessment for at least two academic years of the program.
