Course summary
This course is for students intending to pursue careers in general management or Human Resource Management in large businesses or government organisations. The focus of much of the curriculum is on human and organisational relationships and structure. Aside from undertaking a general Bachelor of Management, students may elect to undertake a specialisation in either Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organisational Management and Leadership or Tourism. A feature of the program is the group of practical business placements and projects courses that are available. This flexible degree structure allows up to one-third of the program to be selected from other degree programs, including management, marketing, human resource management, tourism, Asian studies and languages, psychology, arts and mathematics as electives.
Entry requirement for international students
Students should be at least 18 years of age at the time of the students proposed commencement of studies at the university. They must satisfy overall band score of 6.0, with no individual sub-score less than 5.5 score of 550, including the Test of Written English (TWE) or score of 213 in the computer based test or minimum score of 79 in the internet based test (with scores not less than 20 in writing and speaking and 18 in reading and listening).
