Course summary
This course helps the students to learn to work as a child care worker or child care assistant in centre-based and family day care. They will learn how to use organisation policies, procedures and individual children's profiles to plan activities and provide care to children, facilitating their leisure and play and enabling them to achieve their developmental outcomes.
Entry requirement for international students
Students should complete Year 10 or equivalent, Academic IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL (iBT) 51 or Certificate 3 in English for Further Study at TAFE NSW or equivalent.
