Course summary

This program gives students an understanding of: workplace safety, catering control, sweets production and dietary requirements for desserts, bakery and patisserie products, chocolate, communication skills, food law, mathematical solutions, quality control and team management.

Entry requirement for international students

Students should have obtained year 10 or equivalent. In addition, they should have fulfilled English language requirements with IELTS (academic) score of 5.5 for VET courses, and 6.0 for higher education courses.
