Course summary
This course covers the following subjects: provide manicure and pedicare services; provide body treatments; provide aesthetic aromatic massage; plan the spa program; provide the spa program (2 units); apply aromatic plant oil chemistry to beauty therapy treatments; blend a range of aromatic plant oils for beauty treatments; use reflexology relaxation techniques in beauty treatments; provide temporary epilation and bleaching treatments; communicate in the workplace; work effectively in a retail environment; apply safe working practices; perform routine housekeeping duties; sell products and services; promote the business.
Entry requirement for international students
Students must have completed secondary education to Year 10 or equivalent or industry experience and prior learning is recognised RPL. Mature age applicants are also welcome.
