Course summary
This course is designed to provide participants with knowledge, training and workplace skills to function effectively at an operational and supervisory level working as a qualified chef. As well as incorporating kitchen management subjects, the course develops leadership, training, communication, administration and entry-level management skills.
Entry requirement for international students
Students must have a successful completion of Year 12 or its equivalent and if less, a demonstrated ability to succeed in the chosen course, being at least 18 years of age, an English language proficiency level of IELTS 5.5 or higher, a satisfactory outcome of interview with authorized AMI Education staff or a representative and mature age students with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
