Entry requirement for international students
Applicants should have attained Year 11 (including English and Mathematics) or be of a mature age to ensure they are adequately prepared to complete the course. To succeed in the travel and tourism industry students must be able to convey enthusiasm to their customers or clients and have a genuine desire to be of service. Attributes such as a friendly personality, articulate, good communication skills and be well groomed, are essential. To handle the business aspects of the job they must be well organised, accurate and meticulous with detail.
